Sara and William Pote, the CEO/CFO of eTop Technology, bring a wealth of experience from their years in the IT managed services industry. Recognizing the immense potential of automation, they partnered with Brandon Martinez, Senior IT Manager at eTop Technology whose expertise in architecting workflows and deep understanding of MSP problems made him the perfect addition to our team.

We love a good twist—literally! Our original company name, eTop, is simply our last name spelled backward. Keeping the playful spirit alive, we flipped Martinez to come up with "ZenTop." It's a name that reflects our commitment to bringing tranquility and efficiency to your business processes.
